Who is Adventureco?
Adventureco is a small family run business based in Sydney that was established in 2016. We focus on more sustainable brands and Australian Made products as we think this is more important than ever. We carefully hand-select our range from the best brands throughout the world and also produce a range of our own. Many of our products are made right here in Australia and some from other parts of the world.
What are the shipping charges?
Australia Delivery Standard Delivery (under $100 purchase) - $10

Standard Delivery (over $100 purchase) - FREE

International Delivery

Please note that some items are not available to be shipped to certain countries/regions. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

What is Adventureco's Return Policy?
Our 89 Day Returns Policy Product can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is in original condition, unused with all tags attached If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund within 89 days of purchase with appropriate proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on safety equipment.

This includes: - Harnesses - Ropes - Slings - Carabiners - Helmets Due to the nature of safety gear, we cannot accept returns on these items if you change your mind or if they do not fit. As they play a critical role in preserving your life, we need to be sure that the items we have sent out are in a new and safe condition. When these items are returned, we are unable to verify the item’s use or whether it has sustained an exceptional event during use (such as fall or fall arrest, use of storage at extreme temperatures, or modification outside manufacturer’s facilities).

How will my order be delivered to me?
Our standard mode of delivery is via Australia Post which will deliver to a standard address, PO Box or Parcel Locker. Larger items will be sent by couriers, which in some cases will pass to a third party logistics company in regional areas. We also use Couriers Please and Aramex from our Melbourne Warehouse and always try to use the most efficient delivery method.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you click Submit, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. Should have any questions or enquiries, please send an email to letsgo@adventureco or phone 1800-845-224.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email with your purchase details and receipt. If you don't receive your email right away, check your junk mail as it may have slipped into spam. (Be sure to save our email for future orders, so it hits your inbox). If you have chosen not to enter your email address, you will generally receive at SMS with the purchase details. If you have any queries or don't recieve your receipt, drop us an email at letsgo@adventureco.com.au and we will pop it right through.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
No, our postage and courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payment by PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard & Amex), Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also have Afterpay, Klarna, ZipPay, Humm and Latitude Pay available.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can update you of the status of your order.
Who pays for return postage?
We cover the cost of returned goods should they not be suitable. Just get in touch and we will make the process as simple as possible.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 1-2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our team.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. The refund is processed to your original payment method.
Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
Do you allow exchanges?
We sure do! This is available on most items*. Product can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is in original condition, unused with all tags attached. If the product or size required is not available, we'll do our best to source or provide a solution that works.

How do I apply a promotional code?
You can add a valid promotion or gift card code at the checkout.
Shipping and delivery delays.
We're working hard to fulfill orders ASAP, but deliveries may take longer than expected due to high order volume and shipping carrier delays. In addition, the updating of carrier tracking information and delivery status may be delayed. If you have received a shipping confirmation, it's on the way!
