We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether your gear isn’t the right fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help make things right.


Need fitting tips? Have a question about a product? Our friendly team is ready to chat. And when it comes to returns, we keep it simple and stress-free.

Our 365-Day Return Policy



Take your time — you’ve got 365 days to decide if your purchase is right for you.


  • Free returns within Australia — we’ll spot the postage!
  • Outside Australia? No worries — you can still return, just cover the shipping.



We’re happy to offer a full refund or store credit for most items, as long as they’re returned in:


✅ Brand new, unworn condition

✅ Original packaging (shoeboxes too!)

✅ With all tags attached

✅ Purchased directly from adventureco.com.au


Pro tip: Try your shoes on indoors with socks and soft flooring (carpet is ideal). No one wants a return rejected because of scuffed soles!

What Can’t Be Returned?



Some items are adventure-ready from the start — and can’t be taken back:



Safety Equipment



For your safety (and ours), we cannot accept returns on the following unless faulty:


  • Harnesses
  • Ropes
  • Slings
  • Carabiners
  • Helmets



Once these items leave our warehouse, we can’t verify their condition — and we take your safety seriously.



Electrical Equipment



Once opened, electrical items are not eligible for return unless they’re faulty. If something’s not working as it should, get in touch — we’ll sort it out.

Sale Items



Even discounted gear can be returned! Sale items are eligible for store credit or a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions.





 

Return Processing & Fair Use



Once your return reaches our HQ, give us up to 5 business days to process it.


We offer free returns because we want to make things easy — but if we notice a high volume of returns or patterns that don’t align with typical use, we may need to review your account or start charging return shipping. Think we’ve made a mistake? Let’s talk — we’re always happy to help.


Important: If we don’t receive your return, or it doesn’t meet the conditions above, we won’t be able to process your refund or credit.
