Our 89 Day Returns Policy

If something is not quite right, we have got your back with Free Returns (Australia Only).  This means we spot the postage on any returned item (Australia Only).  Let us know and we will provide a label to assist with the return.  For international returns, the order can be returned at the buyers cost.

We're happy to offer a credit or full refund for most products via our online, within 89 days of receiving the order, provided they are in new and unworn condition, with original packaging.



Adventureco Australia will accept product returns for an exchange or refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Unworn and unused with the original tags attached
  • In the original branded undamaged shoebox
  • Purchase was made on this website

Please note we are unable to accept shoes returned with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time you wear socks and test them out on the carpet (just in case!).


No returns on safety equipment

We do not accept returns on safety equipment. This includes:
- Harnesses
- Ropes
- Slings
- Carabiners
- Helmets 
Due to the nature of safety gear, we cannot accept returns on these items if you change your mind or if they do not fit. As they play a critical role in preserving your life, we need to be sure that the items we have sent out are in a new and safe condition. When these items are returned, we are unable to verify the item’s precise usage history or whether it has sustained an exceptional event during use (such as fall or fall arrest, use of storage at extreme temperatures, or modification outside manufacturer’s facilities).

No returns on electrical equipment

Due to the nature of electrical equipment, we cannot accept returns on these items if the item has been opened.  If the item is faulty, please get in touch and we can work to provide a solution.

Therefore, with the safety of you and others in our mind, our policy is no returns on safety equipment.


Sale items discounted are also available for a store credit or full refund.

We do kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we’ve received it back at our HQ.

Our free shipping and returns policy is subject to fair use by you. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, then we might have to deactivate your account or start charging you for return shipping costs on future orders. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

A refund will not be processed if the goods are not received or the returned goods do not comply with the above conditions.
