Adventureco Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes your gear isn’t quite the right fit. Whether you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, we make returns easy and stress-free.
✅ 365-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 365 days to decide if your purchase is right for you.
- Free returns within Australia – we cover the shipping.
- International returns – you're welcome to return, just cover the shipping.
We offer a full refund or store credit for most items returned in:
- Brand new, unworn condition
- Original packaging (shoeboxes included)
- With all tags still attached
- Purchased directly from adventureco.com.au
Pro Tip: Try shoes on indoors with socks and carpet to avoid scuffs. We cannot accept returns with visible wear.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
Safety Equipment
For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on the following unless faulty:
- Harnesses
- Ropes
- Slings
- Carabiners
- Helmets
Once these leave our warehouse, we can’t guarantee their safety.
Electrical Equipment
Opened electrical items are non-returnable unless faulty. If your product isn’t working as expected, contact us — we’ll help sort it out.
🏷️ Sale Items
Sale items can be returned! You’re eligible for a full refund or store credit as long as the product meets the return conditions above.
⏳ Return Processing & Fair Use
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
- We offer free returns to be fair — but if we notice excessive return activity, we may review your account or apply shipping charges.
Note: If your return is not received or doesn’t meet our return conditions, we cannot issue a refund or store credit.
