Chicken Curry Pie
Ingredient:


– On Track Meals Chicken Curry
– Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
– 1 egg


Method:


– Preheat oven to 160 degrees
– Use a muffin tray and spray with oil or line with butter
– Cut pastry to size to line 4 – 6 cupcake spots
– Add On Track Meals Chicken Curry
– Cut pastry to create a lid for the pie
– Whisk the egg and brush on top of the pie
– Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown

– Allow to cool slightly
– remote from the cupcake tray carefully
