Shipping policy

Most products are dispatched from our store in Sydney, Australia, which operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and Saturday 9am to 2pm. We also have a number of our brands which send product direct from their warehouse, which enables us to have a larger range of products available online. Your order will be processed and dispatched during those times. Our handling time for most orders is 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as Christmas and during sales, this may increase to 3-4 business days. If for any reason we are unable to process your order in that amount of time, one of our team will be in contact with you.
